There are many ways to serve including:
Prior to the Event:
Publicity (Creating and Distributing flyers, schedules, posting updates on our website, and more.)
Decorations (Planning and preparing for our Theme.)
Liaisons (Coordinating with AFG members nationwide (ie., speakers) and locally (ie., AIS offices, AMIAS, event venue staff, transportation volunteers, etc.))
Registration (Create Online & Mail-In Registration Forms, Preparing Lanyards, Coordinate Volunteers, Train on Equipment)
During the Event:
Transportation and host speakers
Registration Check-In
The Voice
Greeting Guests and answering questions
And many more ways to serve.
